At KEY2PERSIA, we aim to provide flexible and secure payment conditions for our travelers.
To confirm most tours and travel services, only a small deposit is required at the time of booking. In many cases, the remaining balance may be paid upon arrival in Iran.
Payment Conditions
A first deposit of 000000 EUR may be paid through international bank transfer, PayPal, or other payment methods officially provided by KEY2PERSIA after confirming the reservation.
The remaining balance can usually be paid in cash in Iran, in either EUR or USD.
Please note that international credit and debit cards generally do not function in Iran, and local ATMs do not accept foreign bank cards. Travelers are therefore advised to bring sufficient cash for both travel payments and personal expenses during their stay.
For USD payments, travelers are kindly requested to bring clean and newer US dollar banknotes (issued from 2010 onward). For EUR payments, denominations such as 50, 100, or 200 EUR notes are preferred. Please avoid bringing 500 EUR banknotes.
Cancellation Policy
• More than 45 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
• Between 45 and 30 days before arrival: 15% of the total trip cost
• Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 30% of the total trip cost
• Between 15 days and 48 hours before arrival: 50% of the total trip cost
• Less than 48 hours before arrival: 75% to 100% of the total trip cost depending on hotel and supplier policies
Certain services such as domestic flights, visa fees, peak-season reservations, or non-refundable hotel bookings may be subject to different cancellation conditions.
Child Policy
• Children under 2 years old: 5% to 10% discount depending on the travel period
• Children without extra bed and meals (2 years old and above): 35% of the tour price
• Children with extra bed and meals: 65% of the tour price
