When you arrive at Imam Khomeini International Airport, our representative will greet you and take you to your hotel. After a short rest, your tour of Tehran begins. You will explore the historical centre of Iran's capital.
You first visit the beautiful Golestan Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a fine example of Qajar architecture. Next, you go to the National Museum of Iran. Here, you can see a rich collection of objects that show the long history of Persian civilisation.
The tour then takes you to the Grand Bazaar of Tehran. This lively market is a great place to see local crafts and the daily life of the city. After lunch in a local restaurant, you visit the National Jewels Museum (depending on its opening hours). This museum holds one of the world's most amazing collections of royal jewels.

Sightseeing: Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art, Sa'dabad Complex, Tabiat Bridge, Ab-o-Atash Park
Today you discover the modern side of Tehran, with its art, buildings and urban lifestyle. The day starts at the Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art. This museum has one of the largest collections of modern Western and Iranian art in Asia.
You then go to the Sa'dabad Complex in the north of Tehran. This large site has several historic palaces set in green gardens. The complex shows an important part of Iran's modern history.
After lunch in a restaurant in the north of the city, you visit the famous Tabiat Bridge. This modern bridge connects two parks and offers wonderful views of the city.
In the evening, you have free time to explore Tehran's cafés, art galleries and shopping centres.

Sightseeing: Darband, Tajrish Bazaar, Imamzadeh Saleh
On your last day, you experience the natural beauty and everyday life of Tehran. You start with a trip to Darband, a pleasant mountain area at the foot of the Alborz Mountains. It is a perfect spot for a walk and fresh air.
You then continue to Tajrish. Here you visit the Imamzadeh Saleh Shrine and the traditional Tajrish Bazaar. This is one of the most genuine markets in Tehran, ideal for buying souvenirs and feeling the local atmosphere.
At the end of the programme, you are transferred to Imam Khomeini International Airport for your departure.
